New Patients

Your First Visit

Harmony Dental Center is concerned with your overall health as well as your dental health. That is why we have you complete a medical history form on your first visit. During this visit, Dr. Lee will evaluate your dental health by performing an oral cancer screening and a complete visual and digital x-ray examination of your teeth and gums. By evaluating the results of these exams, and with your stated dental needs in mind, Dr. Lee will put together a treatment plan for you and explain why this treatment is necessary.

Appointment Policy

If you need to change your appointment time, please inform us two business days in advance of your appointment to reschedule. We kindly ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment time to other patients.

If you are in need of emergency dental care, please call our office at 603.223.3344 so that we can schedule a time to see you as soon as possible.

Financial Policy

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For those patients fortunate enough to have dental benefits, we are more than happy to assist you in answering questions about your dental benefits. You are responsible for contacting your dental benefit provider so that you are aware of your dental plan’s deductibles, reimbursement percentages, and limits. In this way, you will be aware of your approximate out-of-pocket costs prior to receiving your dental care.
